This 10 Week Live, In Person, Webinar Series will help give you the tools, information and knowledge to take your recruiting journey to the next level. 

Who Should Attend?

Players

The recruiting journey is yours to own and manage. Learn about everything you need to do from January to December to stay connected to college coaches and give yourself the best chance of being recruited.

Parents

Players need a support structure and parents need to know how and what they can do to help support their daughters. We'll go into details on your role in the recruiting process and how your can help them succeed.

Travel Ball Coaches

Coaches have a lot on their plate already just coaching. 
Learn what your players need to do to make the most of their recruiting journey. We'll also cover the keys you need to help your players get noticed and give them the best chance to be recruited.

What You Will Learn

  • EMAILS - You will learn the keys to writing and sending good, well-written emails to college coaches and their staff. Email is a key tool for the recruiting journey. We'll also dive into the 12-month schedule for an effective email program.
     

  • Social Media - Learn how to manage an effective athlete social media account on Twitter (X) and Instagram. 
     

  • School List - Learn the keys to finding, adding and managing top school list from Division 1 to NAIA.

  • Scholarships -  What is available, what you should plan for and how to manage the cost of college. 
     

  • What Coaches Look for - Do you wonder what coaches are looking for in their next recruit?  We'll cover all the key aspects they are looking at as well as ways to separate yourself from the pack. 
     

  • Camps - Learn the details about camps 
     

  • Recruiting Calendars - We'll cover the basics of the NCAA recruiting calendars. When coaches can communicate  to players, have calls and visits to campus. 
     

  • Mindset and Softball IQ - You will learn the keys to a positive mindset and how you can help yourself with a strong Softball IQ.
     

  • Goals - We'll dig into the importance of having goals and growing as a player, person and student. And why this is a critical part of the recruiting journey. Part of this discussion will cover Time Management.

  • Your Online Presence - We'll cover the keys to success in managing your online profile and presence. This includes managing your accounts on SportsRecruits, NCSA and those types of platforms, as well as other places you can have an online presence. 

  • Roles -Who has what role in the recruiting journey. Parents, players and coaches.

What you will get

  • Live Instruction - These sessions will be live and you will have the opportunity to ask questions in each session. During the last session, specific time will be allotted to cover any questions you may have so you can get all your questions answered. 
     

  • Tools and Content - All the tools and content presented or discussed during the sessions will be available to everyone who registers. Email and other templates will be available for a significant discount to all participants.
     

  • Recorded Sessions - All scheduled sessions will be recorded and made available up to the next session. So if you can't make a session, you can watch the recording until the day before the next scheduled session. 
     

  • Years of Experience - With years of experience, we'll share everything we've learned from talking to over 1,000 coaches from all levels and divisions.

Q: What Players should sign up for the webinar?
A: Any softball player from 8th grade to High School Seniors. If your dream is to play softball in college, this webinar series is for you.

Q: What Coaches should sign up?

A: Any travel ball coach that wants to learn the keys to success for their players. We will cover 

all the topics that will help you, as the coach, help your players navigate their recruiting journey.

Q: Why should I sign up? 

A: The recruiting landscape has changed dramatically in just the past few years. While coaches teach you the game and refine your skills to make you a great player, there is so much more to the navigating the recruiting process and we are here to help fill that gap.

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Generally, the sessions will last about an hour or so. 

​

Q: Will the sessions be recorded? 

A: Yes, they will be recorded and available within 24 hours of the meeting.
The recordings will be available for 1 week. 

​

Q: What if I can't make a session?

A: You can still watch the recorded session. A link will be emailed within 24 hours of the session.
